Love this grip. I have this brand of rubber grip on a XD40 and now a PT1911 and they are awesome grips . They really do take out alot of felt recoil . It stings with the .357's, but a pleasure to shoot .38's. Maybe look for a Model 85 (.38spl +p) for her. The 605 and 85 both have those squishy rubber grips.
